User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI made an appointment and was able to get in the same day (today, and it's a Saturday!). I was seated right away and met my stylist Becky. She was friendly and my hair color and cut turned out great. In fact, right afterward, I went to BIG 5 sporting goods; the person at the counter had a huge smile and commented how she loved my hair color. She said she liked that when the sun shone upon my hair, she could see the different shades. Then, I went other places and everyone was smiling and asking if I needed help. It felt pretty good! I will be back.

I went here earlier in the year just for a simple trim, i wanted just an inch taken off and to clean up my layers and trim my bangs. I figured for such a simple thing i would go for the junior stylist and pay a little less. I definately got worse than what i paid for! one side of my layers was longer than the other, when i grabbed my hair and pulled it into a ponytail there were longer strands of hair that didn't get trimmed! I ended up going home and having to clean up the cut myself! It was the worse hair cut i have ever had! i have yet to go somewhere else and have it cut again because i am so nervous my hair will be crooked again and to hear their comments about my hair being different lengths! it is pretty embarrassing! Maybe the senior stylists are better, but i think you should probably not let someone who obviously can't cut hair very well do it without supervision!! Just because they finished beauty school and somehow got their license doesn't mean they are good!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLOVE THIS PLACE! I've tried a few other places in town, and yeah.... some are a little bit cheaper, but I will pay the extra five bucks or so, for a "full service" salon. The stylist are on time, (have yet to have to sit and wait for a half hour) and they give your their FULL attention. I hate to be rushed through my appointment... especially after waiting patiently for my turn. Plus, being a mom.... having my hair done is "pamper" time. I want to relax and enjoy, not have a two minute shampoo and ten minute hair cut. I can go to a chain place for that for $15! Melody cut my hair the first time, and I had a least five compliments while at the store afterwards! Corrina cut my hair the second time and also did a beautiful job! They run specials all the time, so check out their website! I would highly recommend this place for great results, fun atmosphere, and overall great customer service! I will definitely be back, and can't wait to try threading!
