SKIP THIS ATTRACTION. .Employees - including the management are unprofessional, incompetent, liars and extremely rude. On the way out of a movie with my kids who are 7 & 8 yrs old an employee, who later claimed she was a retail sales manager, called me White Trash behind my back. When I confronted her she refused to give her name & said I called an employee the N word, which I did not. We talked to Broadway security about how we were treated & they said they could get the names of the employees involved. While we waited calmly outside the employees called the police because they realized we were going to contact IMAX Corp. An officer told me, my family is banned for life and we did NOTHING WRONG. We filed a complaint w/the BBB & informed the Director who did NOTHING but offer me a refund. Money IS NOT the issue here they way we were treated is. DO NOT go to IMAX, the same thing could happen to your family too.
