If you're tired of the typical menu of various- and everything- fried in BL and you want a place where you aren't afraid to use the bathroom- Stella's is it. And better than that. The ambiance is sophisticated, fun and tasteful. The menu, which now features pasta, is by far the most tantalizing in the area. They offer espressos and lattes- the only restaurant around to do so. And GREEN salads translation: at Stellas you won't find the salads to be macaroni and mayonaise, or potatoes and mayonaise! They offer grilled chicken with field greens and blue cheese! Alas, a restaurant who understands that there are ways beyond the fry daddy to cook things!!

Just and FYI, One Fine Day has lattes and espresso. Other places in BL have had them in the past too. It is a small town, but you are kind of making it seem like it is just a bunch of hicks living there. I 100% agree with your review. Stella's is the greatest addition to a charming tourist community. Stub's has a great butterknife steak. Thumper Pond offers a nice menu and a beautiful location along their golf course. And of course, there are plenty of hole-in-the-wall type of place to eat too. Stella's is by far my favorite place to eat. Now if we could just get Granny's Pantry (ice cream shop) to stay open year round!
