Strings Italian Cafe

I LOVE Strings! Last night I had their Lasagna Pastry. It was TO DIE FOR! I'd recommend the restraunt to anyone who's looking for a classy restraunt that won't burn a whole in your pocket.

Took our family to Strings for my sons birthday dinner and we had a very good time. It is a comfortable place with nice booths and great coffee! It happened that we went on Monday night and our two small girls got to eat for FREE. ( I think it is their Kids eat Free night). That was a nice surprise but my husband had the Fishermans stew and thought is was very good. Nice big pieces of shrimp, scallops and mussels in a kind of spicy sauce. They gave him some special toast with it. I had a Caribbean Chicken salad that was very good also. It had strawberries, walnuts, and mandarine oranges in it too but the dressing was so good, I think they called it a creamy cucumber but it was delicious. Our son had spaghetti and meatballs, also great! We will be back! Thought the service was very attentive also!!

Excellent Dining at Strings. The Shrimp I had were HUGE! I ordered a steak with shrimp and it had huge shrimp on top in a really great Grogonzola sauce. I also loved their pasta with creamy pesto sauce. The Lava cake desert made my night.
