User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy visit to Salon Jolie could not have been worse. I really needed a trim, and I didn't realize that my stylist left, so I made an appointment with another Jolie stylist. My hair color and cuts had always been fantastic, so I assumed there wouldn't be a problem. I assumed wrong. For starters, the woman who made my appointment was extremely rude. Then my stylist totally didn't consult with me at all and just kept assuring me that he knew what to do. I walked in to Salon Jolie with a great hair style that was a little grown out and left with a hacked up mess. My hair was just past my shoulders and is now barely covering my ears! He even shaved above my neckline! The stylist knew I was extremely unhappy and instead of trying to find a way to fix it, he practically forced me out of the chair to pay. When I went to the desk hoping that I could maybe talk to a manager, that same awful desk person was rude to me again! I paid and left. I will NEVER go back to Salon Jolie again! If you value your hair you won't either! If I can save anyone from the horrible experience I had I am glad to do it.

Stopped in Saturday for cut and color w/Madison.. What a great vibe from just a couple of months ago! All new stylist to the salon. Everyone was super friendly, (not always the case in the past) music was super cool and my hair LOOKS FANTASTIC!!!!

Kristen is relocating! As of August 13th, 2009 you can find your favorite stylist at The Color Boxx. Conveniently located in the Starland district at 2405 Bull Street. I am very excited about this move and I know that my clients will love the new spot!
