I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad for this studio. I have gone twice and both times I loved the photos. I always call a few weeks ahead to make the appointment and get the first one in the morning. There are 2 studios so as long as you are not going right around the holidays you will be fine. The staff was wonderful and the pictures were beautiful. We get the same package - it's about $85 with the CD and a bunch of photos. Great deal! I've gone to Sears & JCPenney before and it was a terrible experience and they wanted over $100 just for the CD. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT GO - DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!!!!!!!!!!! I have gone there 3 TIMES (all three times were a MISTAKE). They treat you like you're cattle. All three times I waited OVER an hour to be brought back and then waited again for a computer to view my photos. These people do NOT take into consideration that children nap and need to be fed! The parents there are ALL miserable because this is an AWFUL experience. The staff tires to accommodate but they are so grossly overbook (cooperate has them book EVERY 10 mins!!!) that it is impossible for them to ever be caught up! I would not bring my enemies to this place for an appointment or even employment! The funny thing is that when you read their reviews - this is across the COUNTRY - so it is obviously their policy! Do Not Go - Find Somewhere that treats you with some dignity and had respect for you and your family!!
