User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHancock Telecom is an ISP that provides wireless broadband,broadband,phone and cable tv.The wireless service is awful,it's very slow I have a 1 MB connection and the most I have been able to connect at is 127 k Upload 120 .They also monitor their customers web usage.And the service team isn't even up to date on Windows Vista.I was told that my shotty connection was because of my pc..Then later told they have to many people using their tower.You pay 40 a month for crappy service not worth it,and they won't drop the price even though their net is messed up.
