I love their shop. They have everything a flower shop should have and more. Specailly their arrangements are beautiful and high style. Anyways I picked up a beautiful large arrangement for home. It looks gorgous

This florist has lovely flowers and pleasant staff, but inflexible policies. I picked up a $40 arrangement this morning at 10:45AM for a co-worker who had a death in the family. The staff person offered that I could take a plant instead, but the flowers were so lovely and cheerful that I opted for them. Unfortunately, when I returned to the office with the arrangement 20 minutes later, the co-worker had emailed that she would not be in as expected because of a second death in her network! I called US Florist immediately to ask if I could bring back the untouched arrangement and exchange for the plant she had suggested so that we will not have dead flowers for the coworker when she returns to the office in a few days. The answer was absolutely no exchanges. I worked in a florist years ago and I would certainly understand this response if I had called hours later, but it was less than 30 minutes. This lack of flexibility given the timing and unusual circumstance is not at all considerate and will keep me from being a repeat customer.
