First time AND last time shopper. Had to make a return due to miscommunication and received terrible customer service. Refund was permitted but not without a curt disciplinary warning. Did not appreciate being treated rudely. Must not want repeat customers or positive referrals. That part was crystal clear.

As the owner of this business I would hate for anyone to read this and not have BOTH sides of the stroy. We have an All sales are final sign on the counter and one on a shelf as you are leaving the store! The miscommunication was becuase the customer was on her phone the entire time we were ringing up her sale, I had asked two different times if they were all set. She called back that night to leave a msg and explain what had happened and her call was returned the very next morning which was a Thurs. we told her in a msg that it was no problem and we understood the only catch was that we needed her to come in no later than the next business day (fri) so we gave her TWO days to return her items she came in three days later. It was because she was a new customer that I returned the items for her and did not give her a warning but explained why we don't do returns and that I would'nt be able to do it agian in the future. OM I'm sorry you had a bad 1st time experience and we do want repeat customers and positive referrals that is what our business is based on! It seems to me that if you had not been on you phone and had been paying better attention this miscommunication would not have happened and that you are taking it out on us! I think for a store to have a no return policy and break the policy and give you TWO days to retuen your items is great cutomer service! If you couldn't have come in before those two days you should have called like you did the first time and because we have great customer service we would have given youextra time. Again I'm sorry you had a bad experience but I don't think it called for a bad review online for all to see!
I love this store. Most of there stuff is brand name and they have 25 percent off specials during the week. One day will be purses. The next day 25 percent off dresses. and etc. I bought a prada purse there for a real low price! yipee! The clothes are all stylish and up to date. Love it!
