I figured if I went to a top salon to get a basic partial highlight/root touch up, it would be hard to mess that up. The stylist was very nice and this was a beautiful salon, but the highlight was one of the worst I've ever had. I had very few highlights in my hair to start, and I specifically requested no low lights, I said how much I loved my hair the way it was, but just needed minimal highlights on the roots, but instead I left with an all over blonde color, bright red low lights, lots of bleeding color near roots on both sides of hair and on the front of my bangs! Before I paid, I noticed the bleeding color on my bangs and asked the stylist if she could fix it. I was told it would wash out in a couple weeks. Feel free to email me for pictures. If I wanted my hair to look this cheap and messy, I would have went to the super cuts down the street instead of driving an hour to this highly rated salon..I'm so tired of going to top salons and having messy highlights!

What great service. From the tea to the my hair! Saved my hair is an understatement. Finally a place that actually knows the latest styles and can make my hair look like great! I highly recommend them. They're very talented!

I recomend this charming and soothing salon to anyone who has given up on good service.
not only did i get an amazing hair cut but i was spoiled from begining to end. I loved the soothing music and the great comforting AVEDA tea. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: )
