User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI don't like their roller skating gimmick. It holds up the orders and makes it take longer to get you food. The workers when they bring you the food almost take a flop every time on the skates. The shakes and onion rings are good at Sonic, but everything else is no better than average. Bad system, very inconvenient if something's not right with your order to get it corrected and the workers expect tips in a fast food place. Sonic has a bad reputation and it's easy to see why. They're not customer friendly.
