well ive dealt with paul and evidently you arent serious, otherwise you'd know his asst. name maria_ see people dont like when Business associates are cut and dry, well 5 stars they are cut and dry, pof and pre is necessary. any recommendations are in their legal marketting guidelines, as for deposits? GOOD this market is demoralized because of self-centered people who want there a#$ kissed and just want to buy for simple gain and short it out later, enough1 Paul luciano is a real estate board member for the nys realty board in NYS and chair's it, so has he heard it, seen it, bought the shirt, by all means, I respect his business policies thats why he's still out there...oh and this aint a#@ kissing, I have my own Props and money!!!

Why is it that Utopia treat people the way they do and is still in business? They had a listing in Laurelton and they ask that you submit a pre- approval letter , bank statement showing the funds and a deposit for One Thousand dollars which we did but upon submitting the necessaries they are going to tell you that you have to get pre- approved by some little mom and pop agency that they recommend and return the package. I think Wells Fargo is a reputable company and i don't think such a practice is legal. The other thing is that I was lucky enough to get through to someone in the office but I was placed on hold for Twenty Five (25) minutes before someone came on to answer my question. The attitude is something I wont even speak about but I think it is time enough that you people stop playing games with your costumers and start doing business in a professional manner. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give you all a big fat O. You all need to close your doors and do business with only yourselves.

i have same experience like brooklyn buyer for bank reo property listed with this real estate.No one ever calls you back when you leave a message. I have left messages directly on Paul Luciano's answering machine and haven't even gotten a return call.he does not not return email A very poorly run business they give you run around when you call their office i am surprise how they still in business and with this kind of service how they are selling anything?and they have most of reo listings
