Do not buy from the Auto Palace. They have inventory advertised at prices that they refuse to deliver at. They is no mention in any advertising that the pricing is only availalbe with financing through them. They make promises to have repairs done prior to delivery and then fail to make the repairs, keeping you at the dealership for hours waiting for their "mechanic" to return the car. BS. No work was done. Error codes cleared prior to delivery only to re appear within 25 miles of dealership. CarFax reports are suspect...get your own report from Autocheck.com...if I did I would have seen that the car was in TWO prior accidents even though Car Fax had zero. Transmission total failure immediately upon leaving dealer. Please learn from my $5,000.00 mistake and stay away from this place.

Had exactly the same problem with Auto Palace. Told them would pay cash from the very beginning. After signing paper, Angel told me that must finance to get price we negotiated. What Angel DOESN'T TELL YOU is $5,000 is added to price and this has Nothing To Do With Interest. I found out that the $5,000 goes to Auto Palace. Angel was EXTREMELY DECEITEFUL and Unprofessional.(Angel is Manager) If Manager is unprofessional, what do you think the salesmen are? Do your research and you will find their Reputation Is Not Worth a Penny. -

I went to Auto Palace to pickup deposit left on used car. While in dealership some gentleman was Yelling and Screaming that he wanted his money back. He was so furious, that the salemen thought he might throw blows. I couldn't believe it. I myself never got deposit back that day. All I know is something at this dealership caused this gentleman ALOT of Frustration. I DO KNOW that my brother was FOOLED BY THIS DEALERSHIP. Save yourself a lot of frustration DON'T GO TO AUTO PALACE.....

Financing costs additional $5000 which has nothing to do with interest charges. This goes directly to Auto Palace. Well, I guess you don't mind the EXTRA $5000 but believe me MOST PEOPLE DO MIND IT!!!!!!
