Santa Margarita Carpet & Tile Cleaning

I thought I was going to have to get new carpet. I saw Harper Carpet cleanings truck on the road this morning and called the number. Mr. Harper answered the phone immediately, was polite, and scheduled the appt for tonight. I was so happy that he was able to come to my house right away since I am having a pampered chef party this weekend and was worried I would have to wait. I could not believe what a great job he did! My carpet looks brand new. Now I do not even have to get new carpet. I just cannot believe it! I wish I could upload pictures. His price was about half of what the company i called yesterday quoted me and they said they would not be able to get certain stains out. The other company also told me I would have to wait two weeks for the next appt.. Mr Harper got out three gum peices off the floor that have been there for a year and you cannot even tell they were ever there. They were literally black before he got there. He also got a big plant stain off the floor which I thought would never come out since I have put all types of stuff on it and nothing has worked. It is vanished. He was also nice enough to help me move some of the furniture out of the room since my son was at work. He was professional, courteous and on time. In fact he waited for me to get home since I was running late and still had a smile when I showed up late. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am so pleased that I do not have to spend $1000s on new carpet. I am shocked and VERY happy.

My pup Simba is just too naughty and now that his teeth are coming, he has caught the habit of cutting everything. And my carpet just became his victim. He tore the ends up. I had to remove it but then my friend, a sincere fan of them. I gave her a challenge, can they fix my Carpet? And one fine day, she rang me up saying she had fixed my appointment with them. And what was nice that the charges were nominal for repairing the carpet. And they did an amazing job. My carpet looked like before cleaner and it had a shine which was nice to see. Thanks a ton to them

I just bought my first home a beautiful condo but the previous owner had a dog for years. We tried to clean the carpet ourselves but it still smelled like dog. So I searched the internet for a carpet cleaner that could get the pet odor out. They came up in my search. I called and got an estimate over the phone it was very reasonable and the technician wanted to wait until he could check the Capet to determine if I needed to spend as much money. I have to say they did a superb job, and I will be sure to call them again!
