User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've been in the area just over 4 years and a year and a half ago someone suggested Catullo's and I've been a customer since. They are a great example of what customer service is all about: they supply not only great products but with tremendous service. They will answer any questions you have about any type of meat, poultry or fish. They will even give tips on recipes, etc. cut things exactly like you request. I have always been a believer in the "SLOB" principle of supporting locally owned businesses, and have found even when you compare their prices to the grocery stores or big boxes they are right in line, not to mention that you are getting top grade products. If you have not tried them, you must. If anything isn't quite to your expectations, let them know and they will make it right. This happened one time and they were wonderful about it. Best place in greater Youngstown for meat, poultry and seafood!

Catullo Prime Meats and their employees are always knowledgeable, courteous and helpful about my purchases. It's as if they're coming to dinner and want everything I buy to be the best I've ever served! In this day and age when personal service is a commodity - they excel and your satisfaction actually seems to matter to them! The store itself is very interesting with many hard to find traditional Italian products free of hormones and additives. You can taste the difference compared to ordinary grocery store fare and know that you are serving family and guests the very best. Simply delicious. Simply enjoy.

Finest prime meats between Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Excellent service and priced reasonably for the quality of the meats. Would highly recommend. The fresh turkey that I purchased for Thanksgiving was the best.
