    I started my new puppy with Cheshire upon a couple of recommendations. Although quite a drive for us (we're in NW Columbus), it is well worth it. Drs. Ballard and Carpenter are very professional, staff is good, clean clinic and hardly ever a wait. Dr. Ballard knows that I do my "homework" and research foods, vaccines, etc. It makes for some good conversation and Dr. B does not mind answering my questions and helping me to understand as much as possible, as he knows how much I value my pet and his health. I highly recommend!!

    Doctors Carpenter and Ballard are by far the best veterinarians in Delaware, Ohio! The clinic is VERY clean & well kept, the staff is helpful & friendly, and my pets actually enjoy coming to the vet. The doctors do a great job at explaining why they look at certain things during their thorough physicals, I truly appreciate the time they take with my furry kids.

    Dr. Ballard is awesome! He's very down to earth, is great with our dog and was extremely through in exam. He also explained everything to us very clearly and was not afraid to tell us how much anything exam related would cost - which we definitely appreciated!
