My mother in South Lake Tahoe needed tech support and training for her business. I hired Tahoe Tech Group after searching for local, experienced companies who knew the Mac platform and had patience to deal with someone who lacked computer skills. Tahoe Tech sent Ernie out and he was extremely helpful. My Mom loved his training support. She spent about 3 sessions with Ernie getting the rudiments down about file-management, setting up her email and internet resources, and generally getting comfortable with her computer. Ernie also made some suggestions in upgrading her software that helped her run her Mac better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tahoe Tech Group to anyone who needs tech support, networking installation help, training, or generaly system troubleshooting. I work at a high tech company in Silcon Valley and I felt very comfortable with Ernie's skill set and knew he'd be the best person for the job. Plus, he traveled from the North Shore over to Tahoe Keys on the South Shore for this work. Big thumbs up!
