User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWell I loved the atmosphere, the food is good (except the fries), the prices are excellent. The only thing that was missing was good customer service. I know its just a bar, but it wouldn't hurt to act like you enjoy the business. I would have gone to Dick's Last Resort if I wanted that kind of treatment. Even when a mistake was made there was no acknowledgment or an offer to correct it. I don't know, maybe they don't like newbies :-/ I even went back to give them another chance and was still disappointed.
