    I lost 30 lbs with their help. It wasn't easy for me to do it on my own, exercise and all other rational approaches had limited success but with proper plan and coaching I learned what wasn't working and had to give up my own notions about what I thought about weight loss (like what did I know!)

    Working with an expert worked! I am fitting into all my old clothes again, look 10 yrs younger, and need to punch extra holes in all my belts!
