User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI live at Deer Creek Apartments and have never had an issue with anthing here. The enviroment is great and despite other reviews the management is phenominal. They went above and beyond to help me out!

Would not recommend this place to live. Neighbors are great but management is poor. The apartments themselves are beautiful but dealing with the inadequate professionalism of the company has prompted us to start looking elsewhere. We got several "confirmed" noise complaints while we were out of town for two weeks. All it takes is someone stating they believe it was your apartment and they threaten you with eviction without any investigation. Not a good place for younger people as several older people and families live here and will constantly complain about any amount of noise past 8:00. Better housing can be found for the amount of rent they charge which is way excessive for being much closer to AirWay Heights instead of Spokane.
