    Even when I could not afford much more than what I was paying in rent, Jim helped me to find a house that I liked that would keep me within budget. Jim was very patient and even though it took several months to find the right house and at the right price, we were successful. I am glad that I was refered to Jim by my friend.

    Jim really helped us in every way. From finding our new home to setting appointments for us to get a mortgage and close the deal Jim's service was excellent. We highly recommend him to anyone who is selling or buying a home.

    Mr Gibson helped us while we were selling our house. It took a lot of patience and we probably would have given up if we had done it ourselves. He is very patient when we were very picky about what we were looking for.
