| About: | SanTan Honda Superstore of Chandler is proud to introduce our new Express Service Department. The Express Service department is located to the right of the main service drive. In our express service department we strive to meet the expectations of our guests. Our Express Service department makes it faster for guests to get in and out for simple services and oil changes. A full list of all services offered can be found below. What is different about the Express Service Department We have multiple service bays dedicated to oil changes, tires, and minor services to get your vehicle in and out in a timely manner. Our factory trained technicians use state of the art equipment to ensure the job is done safely and to your satisfaction. How long does an Express Service job take? The average job will take approximately 30 minutes once the service on the vehicle has begun. Please allow amble time for the write up process and for the vehicle to be put on a lift. Do I need an appointment? No, you do not need an appointment for the Express Service department unless you so wish to. If you would like to make an appointment, simply call (480) 285-2801 and let one of our friendly service receptionists assist you in setting up a time that is conventient for you. |

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called up these people, on the phone, and offered a 350Z with 52K miles, blue books for $14K, and an additional $5K for a a used Acura MDX sitting on there lot, for $20K. The sales person says "yeah that's close, we can work with that". So I leave work, drag the wife and baby to drive this car, go through the BS of waiting for numbers etc....BTW my Z is near perfect condition...they come back and "yeah, looks like we are a little farther away than we thought..." They wanted $13K and the Z for their used vehicle.
I don't get it, are dealerships in business to make sales? Apparently they aren't aware of the global financial meltdown...
