User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place ruined my daughters christening gown (missing pearl beads and put a hole in the silk using safety pins!) And lost our very expensive goose down comforter then proceeded to send us a $10.00 gift certificate in replacement for the ruined heirloom and forever gone comforter (because they didn't bother to tag them and admitted it!!!) They even told my husband that we were lucky to get the Christening gown back because they didn't know who it belonged to and to chill out. The Better Business Bureau is investigating the problem so we shall see if we get action, if not I will take this further. Very rude customer service, immature employees and terrible service. BEWARE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
