    We called about 5:30 p.m. for a door that was off track. It was pouring rain. He gave us a great estimate just by the info we gave him over the phone. He was there and gone by 7:45 p.m. He even did one better by installing a keypad at no charge (in the rain) for our disabled son, all for the price estimated over the phone!!     2nd time to our home over last three years. Feel comfortable referring Phil to friends. Both times he has been to our home he arrived when he said. His prices are very fair and he clearly knows what he is doing. On this visit, Phil repaired a stripped gear on one garage door, and adjusted alignment on other doors, all within one hour.

    Phil was great. He gave me the lowest estimate out of 3 places I called ($99, two other places were $140ish). He came within a few hours and fixed the broken gear on the motor. I highly recommend.
