Taking advantage of the people's ignorance, your company steals money out of our pocket. The next day I had your "technician" here (who wanted to charge me almost $400 for a job I did not needed, like dissamble the hood range in order to find the "problem"), a decent and honest electrician came and changed one of the outlets, and the whole problem was solved...I paid him $100 and that was it!! I will make sure everyone in Philly knows what kind of thief you are!

I was afraid I'd done some major damage to the ancient electrical system in my house. I called Generation 3, and in spite of their obviously busy schedule they managed to send someone over later that afternoon. They diagnosed and fixed the problem that day. They're a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person, and I would give them a sixth star if I could.
Generation 3 is excellent. I had them install 10 recessed lights and do some other minor work including installation of a flood light They did an excellent job. They communicated the whole process to me and were very receptive to my questions and concerns. I plan to use them again and they have my strong recommendation.
