I would give them a zero also. They make me sick. They told me one thing verbally in efforts to get both me and my significant other to sign up with them, then I checked my statements to see something else. I called to try and rectify the problem and was told someone would call me back. No-one called me back after a month!!! I called again and the person at the front desk who sounded as if she should have been working on the set of CLUELESS told me well what is said verbally doesn't matter, it is not in the contract. I told her both me and my significant other were there when the agreement was made and we heard the same thing and I never thought I had to read through every word of a GYM CONTRACT to make sure they were not lying to me. Anyhow, now I know better. They have proven to provide bad customer service and have a horrible work ethic - JUST BEWARE. I don't suggest anyone join this gym ----RUUUUN!!!

I would give it a zero if I could. I am moving and they will not cancel my membership because I don't have my address changed yet. I offered to just pay the balance for the year out right. They would not let me do that. And make sure when your year is up you do the cancellation form or else they will keep taking money month to month. HORRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE. THE GYM ISN'T EVEN NICE!
