User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMy hubby and I ate lunch here on a Saturday and got a ton of food for just $15. I believe I had the Pepper Chicken which was rated as spicy-- I was expecting hot peppers but they were green and red papers. It was good, just not what I was expecting. It doesn't give that "Chinese food" feeling. Maybe I'm used to a different region's cuisine-- Great Wall down the street is definately our favorite chinese place. The service at Chin Chin is great though and It's never been crowded.
