Friendly service at Best Buy but when we bought our TV and speaker system, we had the Geek Squad install it. Big mistake! They flaked on more than 2 appointments. They complained and did a terrible job connecting the in wall speakers, mounting the tv, and wiring the house. They left a saw on our hardwood floors and put big knicks and scratches in them. They put big dents and scratches all over our walls (which we will have to pay for). They left a rats nest of wires loose and untidy. The list goes on!!! I should have picked a more professional company to do this job. These guys were awful!
