this so called company is a bunch of crooks.
So I say to all that work there GO F..K YOURSELFS!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT'S IF THE PEOPLE THERE CAN READ THIS.....LOL-

I own meineke car care center in fort myers florida. I have used this company several times to do all of our local tows and long distance. they are fully insured and offer prompt service, and will help to get any issues resolved quickly. please use our local services, as they are what keep our economy afloat.

This is one of the shadiest tow companies Ive ever had to deal with. I have had my car and a few of my friends cars towed from Sail Harbor as well, one friend who was towed from in front of there own house. They don't have signs posted in clear view. They have one on the entrance gate but do there best to hid it by always having the gate open. I would speculate the people who own sail harbor are working hand in hand making a killing with the crooks from 4M. They are ruthless to say the least. They do everything and more to make sure the little time you do spend with them is miserable. Granted i didn't have the best attitude when i got there(since i had to wait in front of there heavily guarded fortress for 15 min until i was let in.) I was told to "iam not going to answer any of your questions so i can KEEP THE PEACE". I couldn't believe he said that to me. At this point i really did feel he could actually do something to me so i just paid him....cash only now! I could only imagine the type of things people have tried to do, especially when you have 15 min to stare at your vehicle that was practically stolen. I could sit here all day and tell you about this places foul play. My only advice is to steer clear of these low-life thief's at all cost. There is literally nothing they wont do. I had trouble finding my registration once i got there and i always have kept it in my glovebox...weird...MISPLACED I GUESS...they charge by the day so i hope you can get a hold of your insurance company. My other advice is to not under estimate there ability to screw you. They will surprise you every time.

All gated communities have deed restrictions and parking rules. All entrances are posted if there is towing enforcement of the parking rules. It is up to the resident to know the rules and advise their tenant or guest of the rules. EVERYONE has to comply in order for the community to maintain the standards and ammenities the community sold the home owners.
