This is a warning to any one that is looking for a real estate agent, stay away from Francine!
She wasn't my agent, but I purchased a home that was her listing. It took us 4 months to close on our home because of her delays.
After all of the terms of our purchase were agreed upon, it took her almost a month to get our contract signed back from the bank.
When we were finally under contract for our home, I scheduled a home inspector to come out to the house but then had to cancel because Francine didn't call the water company to have them turn on the water. Basically I scheduled the home inspector 3 times, but had to cancel 3 times because the house still wasn't ready.
The cherry on top of the cake was at closing. Our real estate agent told us at closing that Francine refused to give us the keys or even to let her hold them for us till the everything went trough. Francine told our agent that she did not have time to be arguing with her about some keys, so we walked out of closing being homeowners but with no house keys. We waited patiently till we got a call from our agent on Tuesday (four days after closing) to tell us that everything is offical and we could have our keys. Francine never called our agent to let her know that we could of had our keys the day before (on Monday) our agent figured it out on her own. Then when our agent called Francine to ask about our keys, Francine refused to bring them to her so my agent had to drive out to Whitmore Lake to pick them up.
Seriously do not call Francine. She made a simple transaction into a complicated one for our real estate agent and for us. At the end my Realtor and Loan officer had to pick up after Francine's slack.
