What a phenomenal salon! This place will blow you away so much, you'll think you're in New York City. From the time I walked in the door, until the time I left (and I didn't want to leave!), they made me feel like I was the only one there. Even the coffee was amazing! Joe, who helped me achieve the best look possible, was unbelievable. Not only does he have a ton of experience, but he truly has a passion for what he does...

After my hair was styled, I was treated to a sampling of one of their massage therapists, Chris, who was absolutely incredible with his touch, making it apparent that he was schooled in China in massage therapy and the various modalities. I have already booked an appointment with him.

This is a full service salon in more ways than you can imagine. You will leave feeling fulfilled and completely satisfied.

A+++++++++ top notch. I will go back a again and again. Everything you want in a salon and more. Their resptionist greeted me at the front door and then i was toured of the full salon and spa.

I adore the salon. I have to agree with sailor_stu and say that they are really sociable!! It really makes me not only LOVE the style I'm getting but everyone's input is honest, so i know that what I'm getting is good for me. :) I couldn't ask for more from my stylist. I've only been to her twice but I loved what she did and won't hesitate to go again. I haven't tried their spa options, but before winter is full on I'm definitely getting a spray tan!! :D A massage for my mom would be great as a girl's day out too. :-) I love that it's just downtown -- so easy! I feel like i'm getting the glam and wow of nyc right 'in town'. I'm glad New Haven is stepping up. I hope to see it rebuild completely. I have not had any problems with my bookings ... and I've been going to the salon for 3 months.The desk service are sooooo sweet. And they really strive to accomodate you if there is any trouble. That is my experience however.
