User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called these guys because of their good reviews, however we did not have the same good luck with them. First off we told them on the phone what our issue was, right down to me explaining to the dispatcher on the phone that my husband had already used a 3 foot snake in our clogged toliet. He told my husband that the main line was clogged and they would charge us a flat fee of $125 to clear it. My husband asked him 3 times on the phone to confirm the price and even asked if they had a after hours price. (which is usually higher) They were suppose to be here at 8 pm but did not show till 11 pm. They tech came in and the first thing he did was try to plung the toilet with OUR OWN PLUNGER!! Then they spent a hour tracking crap in and out of my house all for nothing!!! They told us they had to remove the toilet that the fee was $125 per hour and had no idea what we were talking about when we questioned him on the flat fee we were quoted. My husband then got in argument with the dispatcher on the phone and told him to get his guys off our property or we were calling the police. LONG STORY SHORT DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS FOR MAJOR ISSUE'S. IF YOU WANT TO PAY SOMEONE TO PLUNGE YOUR TOLIET THEN THEY ARE THE GUYS FOR THE JOB!! User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI live out of town and my water heater busted i call 24hr plumbing and they came out and gave me a free quote. it was the best one so far so i went with them and they did a great job. I paid online and they gave me a 6yr warranty. overall im very happy with there work and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a good honest plumber

Amy, my guys were snaking out your sewerline while it was poring rain and they stayed there for to hours and you wanted to go to sleep so you told them to leave and DID NOT PAY them. They had problems with the sewer line and wanted to remove the toilet to finish up. We told you we would only charge you 125, but you wanted to go to sleep, so you dint pay and you kicked them out.
