First, one star is not possible with Pioneer Techs. Their slogan is just what they do. The way they do repairs are really 'How Repairs Should Be'.
Second, don't go to any other computer repair shop other than Pioneer Techs, only, only if you are a good distance away from them. They are really the best service that you can get.
Third, you can't go wrong with them. They are really patient when they are dealing with their clients. I really like the way that they inform the computer owners of the progress of their computer repair. They won't give you an answer without actually looking at the parts and hardware of the internal and external parts of the computer. They are the best!
In summary, Pioneer Techs is the way to go. I have no complaints and none are coming! They have many good reviews that I have seen and I am adding another one. Go Pioneer Techs!-

I never thought that a computer company could be so helpful. Pioneer Techs was (in my opinion) the top of the line computer service shop. I have no regrets in my choice of choosing them. They are the best choice that I have made in the computer industry. Thanks Pioneer Techs!

I received excellent service from this company. The technician and front-desk worker gave me excellent customer service and explained my options in a professional manner that was easy to understand as I am not so knowledgable of computer terminology. This is the second time I have used this company for my computer needs and I def recommend using their services!
