Ok, first things first, way better than "Geek Squad". Second, better than "Bits & Bytes" (a katy computer store). So, i brought my computer to both places, Geek Squad told me that I would have my computer back in about a week, three weeks went by and still no computer, talked to manager and he said that there was nothing he could do. Brought it to Bits & Bytes, they said I would get it back in a few days. A week went by and when I called they said it was ready for me to pick up (why they didn't call me idk), when i got the computer, I looked inside and half of the parts weren't mine! So, I took it back and they said that I shouldve looked at it before I left! (who does that?) So, I brought it to Pioneer Techs, and it was like the answer to all my problems, they took my computer in for a resonable price (fyi: for the service they provide, I wouldve payed more for it.), and in one, 1 day, they called and told me what was wrong with it and what they would do to fix it, and what it would cost me. They fixed my computer and I was with my "life tracker" in two days. I was very pleased with the service and next time I have a computer problem (or anyone who reads this), I'll think twice about bringing my computer to "Geek Squad" or any other company other than Pioneer Techs.
