Needed someone who could come out on the weekend...so we set up a Sat appointment. All in all pretty happy with Mark's service. I have used a lot of differnt comp techs, and he was certainly better than most.

I read the reviews on Timely Techs and that is what got me to call him. I think you should as well. I'm sure that you'll be very satisfied with the quality of his work. On the plus side, he has a store locally as well...if you prefer to take your computer in.

I had Mark come to my house and fix my computer, he diagnosed and fixed the problem for half the price Geek Squad wanted! I also had him upgrade my work computer, runs like new again, I would recommend him highly!

Putting up another review of Timely Techs.

Call Mark now! His customer service is fantastic and he knows what he is doing. We had him build us a computer last year and it's working great still, but we had a problem with Verizon DSL and he came right down and took care of it for us.

We ended up having to call Verizon, which Mark did for us and had them send out a new modem.

Everything works good now.
