    This place isn't even there anymore. The restaurant closed down and now it is something else.

    It aint fancy but it sure is good. I stumbled accross this gem while on a road trip to Capitol Reef with the family. It is run by an immigrant family and it is like walking into someone house in Mexico and being asked to stay for dinner. Great, authentic, not very gringo. The best carnitas I have had in a long time (including LA and San Diego). kid freidnly, inexpensive, quality food. I am looking for an excuse to get back down there. I talked to a rancher friend in Holden and he travels the 1 hour + to come eat here.
