    Great place for a party, we went to the Rancho Bernardo location and really enjoyed the friendly service. The music can get a little loud, so if you're there to talk or do business, you might want to go somewhere else. Atmosphere is party like and hyper energy all around.
    Food is great, people are great, and we have made it our "go to" sushi restaurant... the valet parking is a bit over the top, but I guess they are saving those spaces for Obama or the governator?

    This place is losing its appeal to me. The nigiri is probably the best thing. They have a lot (too many) specialty rolls, many of which taste the same, and many of which are far too SWEET. Eel is not supposed to taste like pancakes. Agree with the maple syrup comment below. Good portions, reasonable prices, and oh yeah, HORRIBLE service at the tables. Try to sit at the bar. Also, it can get annoying after they sing, "Happy Birthday" to someone for the 3rd time...

    I love this place... one of my favorite... I used to go to the one in oceanside and the people there are just awesome... the sushi chefs at both locations are very entertaining and friendly... who cares if they're not japanese! the food their is awesome.. I love the PLAYBOY ROLL and my new favorite is the IN-HOUSE SPECIAL ROLL..mmmmm all this talk is making me hungry! Excuse me while I go get ready to drive up there...
