I just bought my first home a beautiful condo but the previous owner had a dog for years. We tried to clean the carpet ourselves but it still smelled like dog. So I searched the internet for a carpet cleaner that could get the pet odor out. Chicagoland Carpet Cleaners came up in my search. I called and got an estimate over the phone it was very reasonable and the technician wanted to wait until he could check the Capet to determine if I needed to spend as much money. I have to say they did a superb job, and I will be sure to call them again!

The technician was very polite; however, workers should take off their shoes! Also, I did not wish to be sold services other than what I had previously agreed to and I was not told that the company does not accept checks any longer! All in all, the experience was about average....

I cleaned my building stairs and landing after my old dog got an accident on it.
The technician was very nice and the carpet looks better then ever.
