User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMy wife and I went to Picasso's last night (Saturday07-16-11) for dinner. We dine frequently in the Worcester area and found the service at Picasso's horrid. It was a wonderful night so we sat outside. Picasso's is a small place by any restaurant standards with only eight tables outside, yet I had to practically make a spectacle of myself once we received our dinner to get the waitress' attention that I had a problem with mine. The problem and the reason for this review is that the mussels in my seafood pescatore were bad. If you ever bit into a bad shellfish you'll know what I mean. If you like seafood it happens, no big deal so I tried another and it was also bad. At that point, I finally got the waitresses attention and provided the above description. She took my plate away and returned ten minutes later stating that the cook had eaten the mussels off my plate and that they were fine. When it comes to bad shellfish there is no fine line between fine and you need to eject it out of your mouth immediately. My wife and I will not return to Picasso's and we will tell the above story to as many friends and business associates as possible.

POOR; VERY POOR SERVICE. We will not return. The drinks were good put the people rude. My wife insists we will not return; even just for drinks.

My sisters and I travel to various places for dinner and drinks. Picasso's was recommended by a co-worker and we had a fabulous meal! The service was excellent as were each of our meals. The owner stopped table
side to chat and get our feedback.
I was pleasantly surprised by the total experience and I would definately give it 5 stars.
My only negative was that it's out in Barre and I live it Wrentham..But we'll take the Prius next time to save on gas!
We'll be back next month!

My husband and I dine at Picasso's regularly and have always gotten amazing service. Personable, professional servers take care of us and it is not unusual for the chef and owner to come to our table and others' to ask how everything is going. A+ for us!
