Willow is a beautiful space and my stylist was a doll. It was the most expensive cut and highlight I've ever had. I asked her to trim my medium length hair to brush my shoulders. She bobbed it to my chin. I went back a few days later and she fixed it to a cute A-line so kudos for the good fix! I told her I wanted subtle and sparkly highlights for my dark blonde hair. She recommended Balayage, but didn't tell me it would cost double what traditional highlights cost and it was definitely not subtle. When I went back to have the cut fixed she was very apologetic for the color coming out SO bright and uneven. She was gracious and didn't charge for fixing the cut- and she offered to fix the color. I declined the color repair and have since found a new stylist.

I love this place. Great atmosphere and nice staff! I have gotten eyebrows and bikini wax there and I highly recommend it!

I wanted to write about how I went in to Willow Salon and Spa and had the best Haircut and color ever....She did a different kind of color she painted on the highlights and it made it look really natural.. My haircut was so perfect and the blow that Rachel does was like something out of a photo shoot.. Thanks you so so so much Rachel you will see me soon and all my friends too.
