IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE DON'T Where should i begin, Well maintance is doen't exist,roaches do and boy do they. People are always getting their doors kicked in and the office staff don't care about anything but if your going to pay them before the 3rd. Be careful when you move that you don't have made up charges they will later try to collect. Oh i forgot the MOLD. Look under your cabinets and in closets.All basement level apartment no one can live in.

I've lived out here for six weeks and it's God awful out here! The a/c went out and it took them a week to finally replace it. The building is full of several types of cockroaches to the point that every night my kids and I are killing them. One was as long as my finger! I mean it's 2008 ... why are there cockroaches in here?
I've put in the same things to be done on four work orders that still have not been done. It took three phone calls and a trip to the rent office, during a two week period, to get a peep hole changed that I could not see out of.
Police are out here every week because of some incident or another. The gate is always broken because people ram into. The noise is terrible from the cars and neighbors. And due to the amount of foot traffic out here, there's got to be drug distributions going on. The building we live in always has foot traffic.
I have reported these things to the rent office with no help from them. The only thing they care about are the rent collections from the 1st to the 3rd.
So if you don't mind noise, a lazy maintence staff, uncaring rent office personnel, and sharing your place with hundreds of cockroaches, then you can live here.

it's ok, it's not that bad, but they take their time to fix things, the neighbors are a little loud but it's not that bad to live here.
