these people just wants your money sale you a package at 9.95 and then spend more to get a cd and then it has no copy write with it so you have to go back and pay them 15.00 a sheet. when you can get a copy somewhere else cheaper and they will not give you a copy of the copy write so you have to go back and get copies from them. thats bad business to offer a cd and then cannot copy from it.also i was ask how i would like everyone in my family paired up in groups and i told the lady but i did not get it the way i told her. now i have to go somewhere else and get the group pictures i did not get and i will not be going back to portriat innovation to have them made . the cd copy write is my biggest complaint and the pictures are not as nice of looking as you would think they should be for what you have to pay for them.
