User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe 1st time we ate there, we found the service lacking but the food was pretty decent. We decided to give the place a second try and much to our dismay, found the service worse the 2nd time. We had to ask our waitress for drinks after having been sat for 20 minutes. The place was not busy, there were only 4 other tables occupied. When she brought our drinks, we requested to go ahead and order. Our food came out, missing one of our tables main courses. We had to get our waitresses attention for help. The missing main course was brought out nearly 15 minutes after everyone elses(It was just me, my husband and daughter). No one apologized, no one so much as said "hey, we havent forgotten you". We wont be back again. We'll drive to Carrabas in Wilmington for good Italian food.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSlowest staff we have ever seen. The Owner is curt and rude. When we discussed with him how his bad food and poor service ruined our wedding anniversary, he offered us "Free Refreshments" if we came back. The owner is the worst I have ever spoken to in the restaraunt buisness. We will NEVER eat at that establishment again ( our 2nd time there in 1 year, two strikes)
Ist time we went we had TERRIBLE service and only left the waitress a 15% tip ( party of only 3). The owner actually challenged us on this!! Can you believe the gall??-

The guy is an a_ _. He chewed one of his wait staff out right there in front of God and everybody else in the restaraunt. This girl was devestated, in tears, and humiliated. The restaraunt was filled to capacity. His behavior was so outrageous people sat there in disbelief. I got up to pay, approached Sal and let him have it, tactfully however and with good taste. Unlike his prior unexcusable behavior. On our way out I got a round of applause. He was speechless. Finally--------------
