I worked with the internet director Michael Acord, I know, how funny is the fact that his last name is Acord.
Well I submitted a request online for information on a new Honda Accord. I explained, that I was home bound and could not come into the dealership, and justed wanted the best price on a new car.
Michael, called me within 15 minutes of hitting the submit button, was super nice, and walked me through the whole process the use at that dealership.
He explained all the benefits of the New Honda and how it rates against the other makes like it, right now on the market.
The fact is, he was honest, told be the pro's and con's of the new Accord, told me about how the car is priced and what I would expect when I came into the dealership.
I told him, I was home bound for the next two weeks, and he even brought the car to me, showed me all the buttons and features. I thanked him very much, and I bought my new Accord from him, and I have sent him three of my family members, they have all had a great time also

Terrible customer service. I bought a new vehicle and was supposed to have the dealer install accessories. They couldn't get the story straight between sales and service on when the items would be in (sales said had to order 2 days lead time, service called following morning and said in stock). Then I drop off vehicle first thing in morning and they supposedly didn't know I needed a loaner, what!? This was after communicating to the salesperson and talking to the service mananger the evening before to be sure we were set up.
All previous service with dealer had been great until now. What a shame! They aren't even busy either. It shows how poor their communication is. Think twice and beware, they are just another stereotypical car dealer.
