I was suffering from severe abdominal pains and had delayed seeing a doctor hoping that it would get better. Finally, in agony, I decided to go to Crucial Care and got there at 6:50pm. When I explained my problem to a very welcoming receptionist, I was whisked away into an exam room, a smiling nurse was with me a minute later to take my vitals, ask a few questions and leave me a medical history form to fill in. I had barely completed filling in the form that a Doctor came in to examine me. He asked a lot of questions, carried out a thorough examination, they then drew my blood, carried out x-rays and, within 35 minutes of getting there, I had full results for my x-rays & lab tests and a diagnosis which thankfully required nothing more than medication and a good rest. 5 minutes later, I was out the door with a prescription in hand and stunned by the whirlwind experience. WOW! No wait, no time to worry, full on-site capabilities and an amazing staff to top it all off! Thank you Dr. Mullis and the Crucial Care team!
