I made a 9:00 appt which is the first appt of the day and I had to wait 20 minutes b/c they book three people a the same time and they only have TWO studios. If they want people to enjoy there experience maybe they should stop book too many people at the same time. So by the time it is time to take the picture the kids are crabby and uncooperative b/c they have to wait for so LONG! Everytime I have gone there it is had been the same way. I will never go back there and I will NOT reccomend this place to anyone!!!!! I have learned my lesson. This place SUCKS!!!!Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

The workers are so incredible rude and were not only mean to me but my child also. Would not recommend this place.
it depends on the prhotographer really. there were some really bitchy ones and some really good ones. Unfortunately there are only MAYBE two good ones left at this studio, the rest either left to get better jobs or were let go because someone felt threatened by them so they got them fired.07/12/11 -

It was busy, but it is the Holiday season, only had to wait about 10 minutes from our appointment time. Prices were fantastic and I had my photos in hand within 45 minutes from when they were taken. Great experience.
