Horrible service! The repair person said they fixed the problem on my washer and after leaving I tried to use it and water drained onto my floor. I called them back and the man told me it was my problem and hung up on me. I have called several times and now have to pursue legal action. I paid them $350 and they made matters worse as the wood around my washer is peeling up. Be careful with these guys, they are crooks.

I am terribly frustrated with Sears repair. First, abolished home service on a warrantee that had home service as part of contract. Then, reduced hours to 10:-4:30, I mean, come on... what consumer with a job can do this? Then, proceed to close the repair center closest to me, hey, maybe no-body was making during those hours... great plan.... I guess Sears is trying to make their warrantees as absolutely inaccesible as possible. MH

This company is a scam! They are apparently also know as West Seattle Appliance. They were all too eager to come out and fix our leaky dishwasher the very next day. They told us they "fixed" it by adjusting the tray table, which they said was the problem with most dishwashers, and took our $99 after 10 min of tinkering with it. When the dishwasher started leaking the next day we were unable to get anyone on the phone or to return our calls. Once we finally got someone on the phone they said they never received the messages and we could never get a firm appointment to come back out to fix the problem. What a pathetic excuse for a business!
