User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThis is one of the better newish spas in the Columbus area. HOWEVER, it suffers from the same problems that most newish spas do: attracting experienced, talented technicians and achieving the consistent excellence in service needed to justify the premium pricing. I have sampled a number of the spa (not hair) services here, and found them kind of hit or miss depending on who I was with. The front desk help seems to have gotten better recently at being attentive and knowledgable, after a couple of bad experiences with them. Overall, I'd recommend checking out a more long-standing, small to mid-sized spa over this one. You'll probably get someone more experienced and pay 10 to 15 percent less.

This salon and spa is incredible. I have never felt so pampered in a salon before. They understand the meaning of customer service and go above and beyond. It is absolutely beautiful. They have a photography studio inside and have wireless keyboards so you can surf the web while you're coloring your hair. The stylist are so talented. I have had a couple different people and I wold recommend them all. They offer so many services. I will never go anywhere but J Bentley

Great salon and spa. I was treated with respect and attention. You are not just a number. My haircut and style BY KELLI was wonderful, just perfect. AND THE FACIAL BY JESSICA WAS SOOOOO WONDERFUL. WILL GO BACK FOR A DAY OF TENDER LOVING CARE. GREAT PLACE. THIS IS A GREAT GIFT IDEA FOR ANYONE, THERE ARE SO MANY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. I PLAN TO SHOP AT THE SPA FOR BIRTHDAY, WEDDING SHOWER, AND CHRISTMAS GIFTS. THANK YOU, FOR OPENING A WARM AND INVITING PLACE TO RELAX AND BE PAMPERED. YOUR STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE.
