Maca

There is only one Maca. The food is fresh and incredible! This is tapas done right! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. You can eat and run or stay as long as you like. The owners and staff are absolutely delightful! At Maca, it's all about you, the customer. The live music on Wednesdays adds a wonderful touch to the middle of the week. It's very relaxing - a place to go when you want to get away and truly enjoy your dining experience. Maca is an amazing tapas cafe. Everyone ought to experience it at least once. As a note, it's the only place in town I order flatiron steak and scallops!

The best scallops anywhere in Ohio! This place is a true find - I love the casual laid back atmosphere. You do not have to be a wine expert or even like wine to enjoy this wine bar. I have dropped in for lunch, met the girls after work and visited many times with my husband for a special evening out. I have even taken my two kids for breakfast! The churros are killer. Pour me a glass of Rioja and pass the Manchega cheese - yummy.

I go there frequently with my husband and/or friends and we find that it is one of our favorite places to go in Powell. The owners and the staff are friendly and the food is always great. We have gone there to casually to hang out as well as participated in special events and dinners. We've never been disappointed. There is great ambiance and having a place to listen to live music is a bonus too. I think Maca is a great addition to the Powell area!
