American Wedding Photography

On May 5th 2007 American Sound Productions DJ'd my wedding. Prior to the actual event we asked to meet with our DJ several times so that we could go over things. Each time they told us that wasn't what they did and that we would just see them day off. UM NO. We finally got a meeting set up and went over the play list and effects that we wanted. Everything seemed good and we felt relieved that we were able to sit down together. Day of wedding we had a DJ for the ceremony and the guy we met with for the reception. The guy that did the ceremony was great. The guy that did the reception, AWFUL. During the introductions he got almost all of the guys names wrong and even repeated a name. He kept leaving his table to come over and talk to us while the song that was playing would be skipping. He didn't seem to hear this. Also whenever he would talk into the mic it would whistle extremely loud because he was practically eating it. We had specifically asked him not to play cheesy wedding songs like the chicken dance or electric slide and, yup those were his first go to songs. We recently re watched our wedding video and realized just how bad it was. OH and this is the best part. The other day we found our super cool first dance wall hanging. We decided we weren't going to keep it so my wife took it apart out of curiosity and the CD was a free starter disk for AOL!!! How much cheaper can you be. DO NOT ASK THEM TO DO YOUR WEDDING!!!
