i buy a lot at this store,but recently bought a phone,which turned out to be 3 phones because carl and ben dont know what they are doing.sold me phone that dont have any coverage in my area.i am not buying anything there again.they put me in such a bad situation with other carriers.will take me months to clear everything up with them,if im lucky.went to bestbuy mobile in the mall,talked to sarah,wow,what a difference,she knows what shes talking about.i still have to trade this 3rd phone in,but im going to see her,she will take care of me and not lie about coverage and specs.keep u posted as soon as it happens.

I would NEVER buy anything at best buy again!I received a photo printer as a gift with a extra ink cartridge.It had come with a cartridge.so when that one ran out of ink I went to put the new one in and it was the wrong size.I went to the enfield store to even exchange it and was not allowed because it was over 30 days.There was a best buy sticker on the box and it showed the purchase in the computer.When I asked to speak to the manger he stood there and waited for me to say something.Were talking about a $29.00 cartridge. My family has spent alot of money over the last few months.We bought a lap top,ipod,picture printer etc.I guess they can afford to lose good customers. Enfield Best Buy 4/14/08
